The H7 is a very understable hybrid driver. The -4 makes this disc valuable for new and beginning players to easily throw and get distance. They can also see the under stability in long anhyzer throws that will not come out of its angle. The H7 is also useful for more experienced players with hyzer flip ups that continue to turn. It also makes for a good longer distance roller disc.
